Cancellation Policy

We sure hope you won’t have to cancel your special day around Maui with Unique Maui Tours, but we know that sometimes, life gets in the way so please make sure you read our Cancellation Policy. By making payment and confirming your booking, you accept this policy. 

Cancellations made over 72 hours (3 full days) before your scheduled trip departure will be refunded, less a flat $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled trip departure, or no-shows, for any reason, including but not limited to cancelled trip due to positive Covid test, flight or ship cancellation, or change of itinerary, medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, will incur a 100% charge. For this reason, we recommend you book a tour a few days after arrival, so if your Maui trip is cancelled due to a positive Covid test or other complication, you may cancel your tour before the 72 hours and receive a refund. 

Bookings may be transferred to another name or rescheduled at no cost, depending on availability.

Requests for cancellations must be made exclusively over the phone by calling (844) 550-6284 (8am-8pm HST). Requests for cancellations may not be made via email or text.

Tours go rain or shine. However, if weather conditions are somewhat undesirable, we make reasonable attempts to reschedule or offer an alternative itinerary, depending on availability.

If weather or road conditions are deemed to be dangerous, we will offer to reschedule or cancel the tour. If we need to cancel a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your payment will be fully refunded. We will use the same means of payment as you used to make the booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be posted to your account.
