This is not your standard Hana tour. We take you on a full day adventure all the way around East Maui - the road trip of a lifetime. We stop at all the best spots along the way, some of which are inaccessible to bus tours or rental cars.

Tour highlights:

Tour highlights:

All the fun, less driving!

The Halfway to Hana is perfect to get a taste of the amazing rainforest and waterfalls the Road to Hana has to offer, but with much less driving. We usually recommend it for families with young children, people who tend to get carsick, or if you have evening plans (like a luau or a cruise ship departure!). Our regular turnaround point is Pua'a Ka'a waterfalls (which is more than halfway), but if you prefer a shorter tour, we can turn around before then.

Notes

While the itinerary is the same as the Unique Road to Hana, as we go all the way around counter-clockwise, our main and longest activity is the National Park so we don't stop quite as often at the other sites along the way.

This tour requires adequate footwear (hiking shoes, sneakers), and good fitness levels. You must be able to hike unassisted over 4 miles of rugged, muddy, and slippery terrain, with an elevation gain & loss of 650ft, in hot and humid weather, for approximately 2 hours. If you're not sure you can do this, give us a call so we can discuss in more detail.
